Housing Connections

Housing Connections is a web-based community service that is intended to better connect providers of housing and housing services to renters who are looking for these types of housing opportunities. Our goal is to provide access to up-to-date housing information with user-friendly tools. These tools are customized for each of our user groups: renters, landlords and property managers, and housing agency staff that help people find and keep housing.

Incight Housing Initiative

Many people with disabilities dream of getting an advanced education and finding meaningful work, but are held up due to a lack of affordable, accessible housing and a lack of reliable personal assistance empowering them to move beyond their limitations.  Incight Housing will address these challenges of independence through unique community partnerships.

Our initiative is centered around building Accessible Living centers, providing housing resources, creating a searchable online guide on accessible apartments in the area and promoting home ownership.  Most exciting, is the development of accessible living centers which are transitional in nature, a half way point between sole dependence on family living and home ownership.  Residents will be supported by caregivers, must be employed or in school and will be expected to transition out within three years.  In the end, our vision is for people with disabilities to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
